The whole experience was easy and friendly. After requesting an appointment online, the booking was confirmed by phone. At the appointment i was greeted by friendly staff. I cannot recall the staffs names but the lady who completed the initial checks was friendly and professional. I was introduced to Scott the optometrist who explained my options and answered my questions. The lady who helped me with trying contact lenses was extremely helpful and patient. She was very thorough in explainjng lense hygene and daily routines and helped me arrange a follow up appointment with the same optometrist. My partner had also attended an appointment several months ago and we were both very impressed with the care we received. Thank you
